Policy
We offer a "no questions
asked" 15 days money
back guaranteed return
policy. We must receive
the product within 15
days of shipment. All
returns must conform to
the following guidelines
to insure accurate processing
of credit issuance and/or
replacement:
- All products returns must be authorized by Alcotesters.com customer support prior to return.
- All products must be returned in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, along with a copy of your invoice.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging, with all printed materials and accessories included except for mouthpieces.
- Clam shell products (thermally sealed) are refundable if they have not been opened.
- Refunds will be issued after product is received and inspected at our facility.
- For consideration to public health , disposable devices such as Mouthpieces and Breathscans can not returned for refund or exchange.
- Damaged products (including scratches) will be returned to the customer without refund.
- Missing items will be charged to the customer.
- Clam shell products (thermally sealed) are not refundable if they are opened.
- A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be assessed for all returns
- Shipping to and from the customer paid by the customer.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- We cannot and will not accept items that are shown to have been abused, altered, or broken, whether accidental or intentional.
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and documentation, cannot be accepted and will be returned at customer’s expense.
- Accessories with health Hazard such as mouthpieces are strictly not returnable
- When you are sending products for repair or calibration, please do not send mouthpieces back even if they are still in their original packaging you will not receive credit for them.
Important:
Please make sure to purchase
insurance at least for
the value of the product
when you are returning
the product to us. Alcotesters.com
will not be liable for
returned products lost
in transition.

Request
a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA) by sending
an email to service@alcotesters.com
with your original invoice
number, date of your invoice,
and item(s) you wish to
return. A RMA number will
be assigned and sent to
you by a return e-mail.
Return the item(s)
postage paid; Insured
return receipt is suggested
for all returns. Be
sure to mark the address
with the assigned RMA#
and include a copy of
your original invoice,
order number or packing
list to expedite processing
and issuance of your credit.
Warranty
repair
Our
limited warranty period
is 30 days from your date
of purchase for all products
except otherwise noted.
If the product is older
than 30 days since your
date of purchase, you
are required to send in
$10 ( no cash please)
to covers the shipping
and handling of the return.
Please make sure
that you have received
your RMA number before
you send products back
to us.
Repairs
or replacement is free
within the first 90 days
of you purchase. After
90 days, a personal or
a cashier check for an
amount of $30 must accompany
the product when you send
in for repair. This includes
the return shipping and
handling charges.

Sample
Policy
Without exception, our
policy is to charge for
samples. If a potential
contract or volume accounts
desire samples, they should
be ordered normally through
our online ordering system.
All sample costs including
delivery charges will
be refunded on subsequent
volume purchases. We believe
that the information contained
on our web site is comprehensive
and detailed with regard
to individual products.
Consequently, we do not
distribute printed marketing
materials such as brochures
or literature on request.
